We are pleased to announce that on December 2, 2020, funds served by Advantage Partners (“AP Funds”) acquired Qit Co., Ltd. (“Qit” or “the Company”).

Qit is a human resource services company which mainly engages in manufacturing-related staffing (with a focus on dispatching technicians and subcontracting) as well as in on-the-job training-related businesses through its six subsidiaries, which include Resolution Co., Ltd., an automotive mechanic staffing agency; bryza co., ltd., which provides human resource services to the automotive and electronic equipment industries; and Hama Engineering co., ltd., which specializes in the repair and maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Since the establishment of its predecessor entity Outsourcing Investments Inc. in 2005, the Company has provided human resource services to various industries and has continued to achieve growth.

After being introduced to the Company, AP Funds were initially impressed by the operating platform that Qit has developed to date and its mission statement of testing the limits of possibility for “human beings and technology” with passion and high aspirations. Going forward, Qit plans to grow by finding new ways to contribute to its clients operations and by exploring the possibility of evolving from a staffing business model to an outsourcing business model based on its accumulated technological capabilities while also considering inorganic growth through M&A. AP Funds plan to support the Company’s growth by working with Qit’s management and employees to further strengthen the operating foundation that they have worked so hard to establish.
