We are pleased to announce that on February 29, 2016, funds served by Advantage Partners (“AP Funds”) acquired ISG ishii-sports Inc. (“Ishii Sports”), a specialty retailer of outdoor wear.

Established in 1964, Ishii Sports is the second largest specialty retailer of outdoor wear in Japan, centered on skiing and mountain climbing products, with 32 stores across the country. Ishii Sports has a strong brand position within the industry and both its expert sales staff and wide selection of specialty goods are highly regarded by its customers, many of whom are skiing and mountain climbing experts.

AP Funds were attracted to the investment because of the solid business platform that the Company has built. Post investment, AP Funds will collaborate with Company management to continue the Company’s growth by further strengthening its operating platform.
