Ms. Nakayama joined Advantage Partners in July 2015.
She started her professional career at Nomura Securities as an equity sales representative primarily overseeing foreign institutional investors. Subsequently, she joined Whiz Partners, where she was responsible for investor relations of private equity funds, as well as business development and marketing of securitized financial products to pension funds. Ms. Nakayama received her BA degree in Economics from Keio University and holds an MBA from The University of Hong Kong. She is a Certified Member Analyst (CMA).
