Mr. Subramaniam came on board in March 2024 as a consultant to build-out and develop the India strategy for Advantage Partners.  He has over 14 years of private equity experience having led and managed value-oriented buyouts, structured equity and distressed investments across several industries.  He was most recently a Principal at Apollo Global Management, where he was part of the founding team in India since 2008.  Mr. Subramaniam has been involved in investments representing c. US$1.2B of enterprise value during his tenure at Apollo across Mumbai, London, and Hong Kong.  He has served as a director on the boards of several of the investee companies. He graduated from the University of Mumbai with a degree in Science and is a Financial Risk Manager (FRM) and is currently based in Mumbai.
