Joined Advantage Partners in July 2021.
Prior to joining Advantage Partners, he was engaged in investment activities at Mitsubishi Corporation, focusing on renewables and sustainability, corporate buyouts, and real estate development. During this period, he held roles including general manager (GM) of Mitsubishi’s merchant banking department, deputy GM of the EMEA power business department, Qatar facility D taskforce leader, and solar IPP development team leader. From 2015 to 2020, he led various renewables development projects, including Dutch and Scottish off-shore wind farms as CEO of Diamond Generating Europe, an EMEA power investment platform of Mitsubishi. He has lived abroad for over 14 years. He has a B.E. in urban engineering from the University of Tokyo, and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. He is also a Licensed First-class Architect.
