Prior to joining Advantage Partners, Kenji was a Principal at Boston Consulting Group, where he worked on projects covering mid-long term strategies, alliance strategies, operational and governance enhancements in a variety of sectors including insurance, finance, healthcare, TMT and retail. And prior to BCG, he was an investment banker at Nomura Securities, dealing with equity and debt financing. He had also worked at ZS Associates, where he provided consulting services to the global healthcare industry. Kenji graduated with a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Tokyo, B.A. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, and an MBA from INSEAD.
