Oversees Legal and Compliance Group for the entire Advantage Partners Group as the General Counsel, and responsible for legal matters concerning group company operation, fund formation and management. Prior to joining Advantage Partners, engaged in financial transaction projects including acquisition finance, project finance and securitization at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune. Experienced in real estate and other commercial transactions, securities issuance including stocks and bonds, investment fund formation, corporate M&A, and financial regulations. Bachelor of Laws from The University of Tokyo. LLM from University of Southern California Gould School of Law. Admitted to the Bar of Japan and State of New York.
