Advantage Partners正在全面布局环境、社会、公司治理（ESG）议题。
2006年，时任联合国秘书长科菲･安南及全球大型投资机构联合提出负责任投资原则（ PRI: Principles for Responsible Investment ）的概念，该倡议旨在实现国际社会和全球经济的可持续发展，其中应对ESG议题被视为PRI投资决策和执行过程中的核心要素。

Advantage Partners成立至今，秉持“为投资及投后管理全过程提供支持，令所有相关方通过基金投资共享经济价值”的目标，扎根“公平优势”理念，围绕“立足和谐共存，实现持续发展”方针，开展公司活动。ESG议题深植我公司上述企业文化之根本，今后将进一步积极加以推进。

同时，私募股权投资在应对ESG议题方面具备独特而重要的作用。私募股权投资的特点在于管理和公司治理紧密挂钩， 加之Advantage Partners深度参与式投后管理模式，必将成为投资人和企业同心协力，致力于解决当下ESG议题的理想形式。

正是基于这一理念，我公司于2016年1月正式签署PRI，致力于推动负责任的投资项目，同时我们将继续以坚定的步伐扎实应对国际社会和全球经济所面临的这项全新挑战。

- The six Principles of PRI -

Principle 1:

We will incorporate ESG issues into investment analysis and decision-making processes.

Principle 2:

We will be active owners and incorporate ESG issues into our ownership policies and practices.

Principle 3:

We will seek appropriate disclosure on ESG issues by the entities in which we invest.

Principle 4:

We will promote acceptance and implementation of the Principles within the investment industry.

Principle 5:

We will work together to enhance our effectiveness in implementing the Principles.

Principle 6:

We will each report on our activities and progress towards implementing the Principles.
