We are pleased to announce that on September 7, 2021, Advantage Partners Asia Fund and affiliated entities (collectively “AP Funds”) invested in Winsome Green Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (collectively, “Winsome Green Group” or the “Company”), a Thailand based business that manufactures and distributes ice cream, milk and bakery products under “Mingo”, “SoFresh” and other brands both domestically and to other Asia markets.

Founded in 2007, Winsome Green Group has built 3 high-standard manufacturing plants and a rapidly growing direct distribution network with more than 20,000 freezers and 200 trucks across Thailand. Its unique strategy of vertically integrating the value chain with a focus on delivering fantastic tastes to customers at reasonable prices has allowed it to achieve considerable success.

AP Funds were attracted to Winsome Green Group for its outstanding product quality, extensive sales terminal coverage and excellent operational track record that enabled it to have a leading market share in Thailand, especially in rural market. Post investment, AP Funds will collaborate closely with the founder and management team of Winsome Green Group to further expand sales network, upgrade operation and diversify product lines to create a leading food solution platform in Southeast Asia.
